Credentialing software pricing compared (2026)

Every price below is copied from the vendor’s own site on October 17, 2026. Where a vendor publishes no price, we say quote only. We make two of these products, the Interstate Medicine Ledger and Roster, and we have put them where their prices place them.

What 20 clinicians cost, as listed

On listed price, the Roster is not the cheapest way to track 20 clinicians. The per-clinician price buys each clinician’s own Ledger, with CME counted against every state they hold; one Due list across all of them; documents matched to the right clinician for you to confirm; and each facility packet checked before it goes out. It does not buy primary-source verification. If you need that, budget for a CVO or a vendor that includes it.

Questions to ask before comparing

Prices from each vendor’s own site, read October 17, 2026 (CE Broker from its Florida plans page). Larch Health’s site did not load for us, so it is not listed. Confirm with the vendor before deciding, and tell us if anything here is out of date.

Common questions

How much does credentialing software cost in 2026?

Published prices in October 2026 run from free (CE Broker Basic for one licensee; Rivon Health for up to 6 providers) to a few thousand dollars a year for a small practice (Evercred from $2,999 a year). Vendors that do the credentialing work, such as Medallion and Modio Health, quote only.

Why do some vendors not publish prices?

Verification, enrollment and delegated credentialing vary with volume and scope. Medallion’s pricing page says its quote depends on provider volume, delegation structure, payer complexity and integrations.

Does the Interstate Medicine Roster include primary-source verification?

No. The Roster organizes and flags; it is not a CVO.
