Credentialing software for locum tenens agencies

A locum tenens, telehealth or staffing agency places clinicians who hold licenses in many states, each with its own DEA registration and renewal date. The Roster keeps all of it on one Due list, and before each start date shows what the facility will ask for and what is missing.

$10 per clinician a month. Admin access is free. 30 days free with a card on file, and nothing is charged while your roster is empty.

The Roster's Due list: licenses and credentials due in the next 90 days across every clinician, soonest first, with overdue items in red.

What an agency tracks
with the Roster

01

Every state, separately

Each license, DEA registration and state controlled-substance registration on its own clock, with the rules for that state.

02

Documents without the chase

Drop in whatever clinicians send, all at once. We read each document, match it to the right clinician and add it once you confirm, and it shows on their activity log.

03

One Due list

Everything due in the next 90 days across your roster, soonest first. Delegates see only the clinicians assigned to them.

04

A checklist per facility

Add the facility and start date. Each item shows ready, expiring or missing. Ask for the gaps in one step, and the clinician shares one packet link.

The record belongs
to the clinician

Each clinician keeps their own Ledger, included in your price, and chooses how much your agency sees. That is why they answer: they upload once, and the record goes with them. How access works.

  • Import any roster. Excel or CSV, any layout. You see the cost before anyone is added, and nobody is emailed until you choose.
  • Exclusion checks. We check every clinician on your Roster each month against the OIG exclusion list and the NPI registry, and you can run a SAM.gov check.
  • Reports and CSV export for your own systems.
  • When you remove someone, their Ledger stays free for 30 days, and then they can keep it themselves.

What the Roster does not do

It does not perform primary-source verification and is not a CVO. It does not submit packets to facilities, file license renewals or handle payer enrollment, and it has no ATS or VMS integrations. It organizes, flags and gets documents ready. Your team and the facility make the decisions.

What agency credentialing teams ask first

How much does the Roster cost for an agency?
$10 per clinician a month. Admin access is free. 30 days free with a card on file, and nothing is charged while your roster is empty.
Can we import our clinicians from our current spreadsheet?
Yes, from any Excel or CSV layout. The import brings in names, emails, NPI and specialty. License numbers and dates come from the documents you or the clinician add, which are read and confirmed.
Does it track DEA and state controlled-substance registrations per state?
Yes. Each DEA registration and each state controlled-substance registration sits next to the license it belongs to, on its own clock.
Can a clinician work with more than one agency?
Yes. The clinician owns the record and gives each organization its own access level, which they can lower or revoke at any time.
Do you verify credentials?
No. The Roster organizes documents and flags what is due or missing. Primary-source verification stays with your team, a CVO or the facility.
