Your complete record,
each item on its own clock

State licenses

All 51 jurisdictions, for MD, DO, NP, PA, CRNA and CAA, each against its own board’s rules.

DEA registration

Every registration you hold, with its renewal date.

State controlled-substance registrations

Tracked state by state, separately from DEA.

Board certification

Your certifying board’s dates, and the CME that counts toward it.

CME

One credit counts toward every state requirement it satisfies. What’s still owed is shown per state.

Life-support cards

BLS, ACLS and PALS, each with its own expiration.

Malpractice coverage

The certificate on file and when the policy renews.

Work history

Kept with the rest, ready for the next application.

Public-list screening

When a group adds you to its Roster, we check you each month against the OIG exclusion list, the CMS opt-out and Order & Referring files, and NPPES.

Four steps, most of them ours

01

Drop it in or forward it

A license PDF, a DEA certificate, a phone photo of a card. Or forward the email to your private address.

02

It’s read, and you confirm

AI reads the document and fills in the details. Nothing is saved until you check it.

03

Counted toward every state

Each credit counts wherever it applies, checked against the board’s rules, with the date shown.

04

Warned before each renewal

Email alerts at 120, 60, 30 and 7 days by default, plus board-change alerts and a calendar export.

When a hospital asks,
send one link

Your documents, named and in hospital order, plus a Word profile, built from your own record.

  • A link that expires in 7, 30 or 90 days, and that you can revoke.
  • One assistant can send you documents and approve what waits for you. Every approval is on your activity log.
  • Yours to keep. Download your data any time. We never sell your information.

Credentialing a whole group?

The Roster puts every clinician’s renewals on one Due list, with a packet per facility. Each clinician chooses what the group can see.

Before you start

What does the Ledger track besides state licenses?
DEA and state controlled-substance registrations, board certifications, CME, BLS, ACLS and PALS cards, malpractice coverage and work history. Each item has its own renewal date and its own alerts. All 51 jurisdictions are included, for MD, DO, NP, PA, CRNA and CAA.
How do my licenses and certificates get in?
Drop the document in, or forward the email to your private email-in address. AI reads it and fills in the details, and you confirm them before anything is saved. Email from your own address or your assistant is added for you only when every check passes. Other senders you authorize wait for your approval, and anyone else is blocked.
Does the Ledger verify my credentials or file with the board?
No. The Ledger organizes your record and warns you before each renewal. We do not verify credentials. You, or an assistant you authorize, submit to the board.
Is this the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact?
No. Interstate Medicine has no connection to the Compact. For physicians, the Ledger shows whether the Compact could be a route to another state, based on the licenses you hold.
