Stop chasing clinicians for paperwork.
See all of it, soonest first.

The Roster tracks licenses and credentials for practices, locum agencies, telehealth groups and medical staff offices. Import the spreadsheet you keep your clinicians in to set up your roster in minutes. As their documents come in, every license, DEA registration and life-support card due across your team lands on one list, soonest first. Drop in a batch of documents and we match each one to the right clinician for you to confirm. When a facility needs a packet, you can see what’s ready before anyone has to ask.

$10 per clinician a month. Admin access is free. 30 days free with a card on file, and nothing is charged while your roster is empty.

What your team does
with it every week

Import the roster you already have

Excel or CSV, in any layout. We find the names, emails and specialties, and your spreadsheet becomes a live roster. Invite everyone at once or one at a time when you’re ready, and you see the cost before anyone is added.

Invite everyone, or only the people you choose

You preview the exact email before it goes. It tells each clinician your group covers their membership, which is why they say yes.

The invitation preview: the email a clinician receives, naming the group and explaining their access choices.

Whatever they send you, drop it in

A BLS card by text, a license by email, a CME certificate from a conference. Drop them all in at once and we match each one to the right clinician by NPI, license number or name. You confirm the list, anything we aren’t sure of waits for you to choose, and each clinician sees their documents on their activity log.

Every NPI, checked against the national registry

Your import brings in each clinician’s NPI, and documents you drop in are matched to the right person by it. One click compares every clinician’s name, NPI and license numbers with the NPI registry, and we run the check again every month. An inactive NPI, a name that differs or a license number that doesn’t match shows up before a facility finds it.

The packet for each facility, checked before you ask

Add the facility and the start date, and we show what is ready, expiring or missing for that clinician. Ask for the gaps in one step. Then the clinician shares one secure link with a Word profile and every document, named and in order.

Exclusion checks every month

We check every clinician on your roster against the OIG exclusion list and the NPI registry once a month, so a problem shows up before a facility finds it.

Reports and CSV export

Run reports across the roster and export them as CSV for your own systems.

Room for your whole team

Admin access is free, so add every staff member you need. The owner runs billing, staff and invitations. Managers see every clinician up to the level each one granted. Delegates see only the clinicians assigned to them and can view, upload and edit, never manage an account. You can require two-factor sign-in for every admin.

Clinicians say yes because the record stays theirs.

Every clinician keeps their own Ledger, included in your price. They choose how much your group sees, from compliance status up to managing documents for them, and every document your team adds shows on their activity log.

One price per clinician

Every state included. No per-license fee, no per-state fee, no setup fee.

How billing works

  • 30 days free with a card on file. Nothing is charged while your roster is empty.
  • You pay for the clinicians on your roster, and a mid-month change shows on your next bill.
  • One flat price per clinician, however many you add.

What groups ask first

What does the Roster cost?

$10 per clinician a month. Admin access is free. The first 30 days are free with a card on file, and nothing is charged while your roster is empty.

What happens when we add or remove a clinician mid-month?

Add one and the remaining days of the month are on your next bill. Remove one and your next bill is smaller, though the current month is not refunded. A clinician you remove keeps their Ledger free for 30 days and can then keep it at $60 a year or $8 a month.

One of our clinicians already pays for their own Ledger. Do we pay twice?

No. They are billed on your Roster like everyone else, and once they accept your group their own plan is canceled with a refund for the unused part.

Will our clinicians be emailed when we import the roster?

No. Nobody is emailed until you choose. You can invite everyone, or only the people you pick, and you see the exact email first.

What can we see of a clinician’s record?

What the clinician chooses. They pick your access level, Level 1 to 4, when they accept your invitation, and they can lower or revoke it any time. If you create the account for them, you work at the level you asked for until they first sign in and choose. Delegates see only the clinicians assigned to them.

What’s the difference between an assistant and the Roster?

An assistant helps a clinician on their own Ledger, free. Each Ledger can have one assistant, and an assistant can help up to 3 clinicians. Assistants can view the record and credentials, send documents and approve what waits in the review queue. Each approval is logged under their name. They can’t edit the record or manage the account. The Roster is for more help or more people, and a clinician can move from their Ledger to the Roster in one step. The owner runs billing, staff and invitations. Managers see every clinician up to the level each one granted. Delegates see only the clinicians assigned to them and can view, upload and edit, never manage an account. Each clinician chooses what level to share.

Can our staff add documents for a clinician?

Yes. Drop in a license, DEA registration, life-support card or CME certificate, one at a time or in a batch. We read each one, match it to the right clinician and add it once you confirm. Each one appears on the clinician’s own activity log.

Does the organization own the clinician’s record?

No. The record belongs to the clinician. Your group sees it at the level they chose, and their information is never sold to anyone. That is why clinicians are willing to say yes.

Do you verify credentials or report to the boards?

No. The Roster organizes your clinicians’ records and flags what is due. We don’t do primary-source verification or make credentialing decisions. State requirements are checked against each board’s rules, with the date shown. Submissions to boards stay with you or the clinician.
