Mocingbird alternative: $5 a month for the CME half
Mocingbird is a broader product than ours. Alongside CME tracking it handles credentialing and will actually process license renewals for you. If you want someone to do your licensing paperwork, that is a genuine service and we do not offer it. If what you need is the CME record done properly, you are paying $199 for a bundle when the part you use costs $5 a month, billed yearly at $60.

They do credentialing and they will process your license renewals. That is real labor we do not perform. We tell you what is due and when, and hand you an audit-ready packet, but you file it. If you want the paperwork taken off your desk entirely, Mocingbird is the better buy and we would rather say so.

What is the 'complete record' and why does it matter?
Most trackers see only the credits that pass through their own system or that you report to them. The Ledger keeps every certificate you add, from any source, in one record and catches duplicates, so a credit is not counted twice and a credit earned elsewhere is not missed. At audit you give one answer instead of four partial ones.
Can my assistant upload certificates for me?
Yes. Invite a helper from Settings, choose how much they can do, and lower or revoke their access at any time. Every action a helper takes is on your activity log. An individual Ledger includes up to three helpers.
Do you report credits to the board for me?
No, deliberately. The Ledger prepares a CE Broker file and a full CME transcript, and you or your helper submit them. We are not an accreditor and we don't validate credits.
