Rivon alternative for groups: what each does for your coordinators

Rivon Health sells a credentialing and licensing platform, and a White-Glove service where its specialists run licensing and payer enrollment for you; both include primary-source verification work. The Roster is narrower: one list of what is due, documents read and matched to the right clinician for you to confirm, and each facility packet checked before it goes out. The Roster is not a CVO and does not do primary-source verification; it organizes and flags.

The short answer

Choose Rivon if you want applications and payer enrollment done for you, or a flat-priced platform with payer form auto-fill for a large roster.
Choose the Roster if your coordinators lose hours chasing renewals and documents, and you want each clinician to keep their own record and choose what your group sees.

On price

Rivon’s flat tiers cost less per clinician as a roster grows: Starter is $119 a month, billed annually, for up to 50 providers. The Roster’s $10 per clinician includes each clinician’s own Ledger, with CME counted against every state they hold.

Where the Roster saves coordinator hours

Verification is one part of credentialing. The rest is knowing what expires next, asking for it and assembling the packet. The Roster does that part.

Where Rivon is ahead

Rivon will do the work: applications, enrollment and verification. It also has a free plan for up to 6 providers and runs several client groups from one login.
