State rules
Each of the 51 boards sets its own hours, required topics and deadlines, and changes them on its own schedule. We check every requirement against the board’s rule and show the date we last checked it.
Renewal dates
Your license, DEA registration, BLS card and malpractice coverage each renew on a different date. We put every date on one list, soonest first, and email you well before each one is due.
Credentialing packets
Every facility asks for the same documents in its own order. We build the packet from what you’ve already uploaded, with each file named and in order, plus a Word profile you can edit.

Many practices track every clinician in one spreadsheet and send reminder emails by hand. Import that spreadsheet to set up your roster, and as documents come in, the Roster shows everything due across your team in the next 90 days.
Exclusion checks
For groups on the Roster, we check every clinician against the OIG exclusion list and the NPI registry once a month, so a problem shows up before a facility finds it.
