Multi-state license management for telehealth.
Every state, one record.
Licensed in 5, 10 or 20 states? Each one renews on its own date and counts CME its own way. The Ledger keeps every license, renewal date and each state’s CME in one record. The Roster gives your telehealth group one Due list across every clinician.
Not the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact. Interstate Medicine has no connection to the Compact. The Compact helps a physician get a license in a new state. We keep the licenses you already hold in order.
Twenty licenses is twenty sets of rules
Renewal dates never line up
Across the 51 jurisdictions we track there are four renewal cycles, from one year to four. Two licenses issued the same day can renew in different years.
CME counts state by state
Hour totals, mandated topics and approved courses differ by board. One course can count in three states and not the fourth.
Every facility asks again
Each new hospital or health system wants the same licenses, DEA registration, board certificate and life-support card, named its way.
The Ledger: one record behind every license
- Every credential, each with its date. State licenses, DEA and state controlled-substance registrations, board certification, life-support cards, malpractice coverage and CME. MD, DO, NP, PA, CRNA and CAA.
- Each state’s CME, by its own rules. All 51 jurisdictions, checked against the board’s rules, with the date shown. One credit counts toward every state requirement it meets.
- Drop it in or forward the email. AI reads the document. You confirm before it joins your record.
- Alerts before each renewal at 120, 60, 30 and 7 days, and when a board changes a rule. Export the dates to your calendar.
- A credentialing packet with your documents in hospital order and a Word profile, shared by a link that expires in 7, 30 or 90 days.
$5 a month, billed yearly at $60, or $8 a month, billed monthly. 30 days free with a card on file. See the Ledger
The Roster: one Due list for the whole group
- Everything due in the next 90 days, across every clinician and every state, soonest first.
- Import the roster you have. Any Excel or CSV file brings in name, email, NPI and specialty. License dates come from the documents you or the clinician add, read by AI and confirmed.
- The clinician chooses your access, level 1 to 4, and can lower or revoke it. Every change is logged.
- A packet per facility, checked against the record: ready, expiring or missing.
- Reports and CSV export for your own systems.
$10 per clinician a month. Admin access is free. See the Roster
