Where each is ahead
Credentialing Check: price at scale. For 60 clinicians its Pro tier is $149.99 a month; the Roster is $1,200. It has a free tier for up to 5 clinicians, a dense reminder schedule, and a read-only portal you can give hospitals.
The Roster: clinicians who hold licenses in several states. It tracks each DEA and state controlled-substance registration by state, tracks CME against every state’s rules in each clinician’s own Ledger, reads and files documents for every clinician, and builds a facility checklist and packet. Because clinicians own their record and keep it current themselves, there is less to chase.
Which to choose
- A large roster where you track licenses and certifications and want a low monthly cost: Credentialing Check.
- Physicians and APPs licensed across states, where DEA per state, controlled-substance registrations and CME rules decide whether they can start: the Roster.
Neither performs primary-source verification. More options: credentialing software for small practices and agencies.
