Credentik alternative: payer enrollment, or staying ready
Credentik is built around payer enrollment for credentialing agencies and billing companies. The Roster is built around keeping clinicians' licenses, registrations and documents current for the next facility. Side by side, from Credentik's own site.

Where each is ahead
Credentik: payer enrollment, CAQH and automated exclusion monitoring across federal and 19 state Medicaid lists, with flat tiers that cost less per provider as you grow, and a BAA.
The Roster: CME tracked against every state’s rules, DEA and state registrations by state, documents read and matched to the right clinician for you to confirm, and a checklist and packet for each facility. Clinicians own their record and keep it current.

Common questions
How much does Credentik cost?
Per its pricing page: $79 a month for up to 10 providers, $249 for up to 40 and $549 for up to 120, billed monthly, each with a 14-day free trial. Larger groups get a custom plan.
Does Credentik track CME?
CME tracking is not advertised on the Credentik pages we read. The Roster tracks CME against each state’s rules in every clinician’s Ledger.
Does the Roster check exclusion lists?
In part. Every clinician is checked monthly against the OIG exclusion list and the NPI registry, and you can run a SAM.gov check. State Medicaid exclusion lists are not included; Credentik checks 19 of them.
Import your clinicians from any Excel or CSV layout and see everything due in the next 90 days on one list. $10 per clinician a month, admin access free, 30 days free with a card on file. Nobody is emailed until you choose.
