Axuall alternative for groups: verified data, or a coordinator’s tool

Axuall runs a provider data network. Its Confirm product pre-fills credentialing applications with primary-source verified data and hands them to the credentialing software you already use. The Roster is software your coordinators run: one list of what is due, documents read and matched to the right clinician for you to confirm, and each facility packet checked before it goes out. The Roster is not a CVO and does not do primary-source verification; it organizes and flags.

The short answer

Choose Axuall if you are a health system or staffing firm that wants verified provider data pre-filled into the credentialing software you run.
Choose the Roster if you are a practice, telehealth group or agency that needs one list of what is due and packets that go out complete.

Where the Roster saves coordinator hours

Verification is one part of credentialing. The rest is knowing what expires next, asking for it and assembling the packet. The Roster does that part.

Where Axuall is ahead

Axuall brings verified data your team would otherwise collect by hand, from more than 19,000 primary sources, straight into your credentialing, EHR and recruiting systems. The Roster does not do that.

Common questions

Is the Roster a source of verified provider data?

No. The Roster organizes and flags what clinicians and your staff add. It does not perform primary-source verification or make credentialing decisions.

Does Axuall publish its prices?

No. Its site, read October 17, 2026, lists no prices and offers a demo.

Does our organization own the clinician’s record on the Roster?

No. The record belongs to the clinician; your group sees it at the level they chose, and their information is never sold.
