Every requirement is checked against the board’s own rules and carries its citation and the date it was last checked.
States that reject a general course
Florida, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Oregon, Tennessee, Utah and West Virginia require a board-approved or state-specific activity. Take the wrong course and you find out at renewal.
Jurisdictions that require controlled-substance CME
Each on its own schedule. The other thirteen require none. Knowing which is which is the whole job.
