For physicians & advanced practice providers licensed in more than one state

Every credit. Every source. Every state.
One complete record.

Your CME ends up scattered across course portals, state systems, and PDFs buried in your inbox — and nothing does the cross-state math for you. Interstate Medicine Pro pulls all of it into one complete record: auto-deduplicated, gap-analyzed against all 50 states, and audit-ready the day a board comes asking.

Scattered
Credits sit in a dozen course portals, state systems, and inbox PDFs.
Blind spots
Each system only sees its own slice — never the full multi-state picture.
Manual math
You're left to work out what each state still needs, by hand, every cycle.
Interstate Medicine
Every credit, every source, every state — deduplicated, optimized, audit-ready.

Why multi-state clinicians switch

Three jobs, one membership

Built for locums, telehealth, and anyone carrying licenses in three or more states — where the rules never line up and one missed mandate can cost you a license.

🛰️

Vigilance

We watch every board's CME rules continuously. When a state changes something mid-cycle, you know that week — and your plan updates itself.

🧩

Coverage

Upload a certificate once. We count it against the topic mandates of every license you hold and show exactly what's still owed, per state.

🛡️

Defense

One click produces a board-audit-ready packet per state — transcript, certificates, and the citation each one satisfies.

A cockpit for the whole license — not just the credits

Being 100% done with CME doesn't renew your license. You still have to file — pay the fee, complete the non-CME steps, hit the deadline. Pro tracks the renewal itself as its own thing, so "CME complete but never filed" can't quietly cost you a license.

  • Status ladder: On track → Ready to file → Filed → (or Overdue)
  • Right pathway every time — direct state board vs. compact (IMLC) renewal, with the correct portal link and fees
  • "Ready to file" nudge the moment your CME is done and the window opens

The least CME to stay compliant everywhere

Hold five licenses and the same course can satisfy an opioid mandate in three of them. We do that math — showing the smallest set of credits that keeps every state whole — and tell you the week a rule change breaks the plan.

  • Per-state gap analysis across all 50 states, board-agnostic
  • Auto-deduplication so one certificate counts everywhere it applies
  • Add certificates by forwarding them to your inbox address — we read and file them

Questions

Do you report my credits to the board for me?

No — and that's deliberate. We organize and format your complete record and hand you everything a board or CE Broker needs, but you (or your assistant, with your permission) submit it. We're not an accreditor and we don't validate credits, which keeps us independent and keeps you in control. Always confirm acceptance with your board.

What makes this different from other CME trackers?

Price, coverage, and completeness. We cover all 50 states board-agnostically, deduplicate across every source into one clean record so nothing's double-counted or missed, and do the cross-state math to show the least CME that keeps you compliant everywhere. Your assistant can help for free — all at a flat annual price with no per-state add-ons.

I have licenses through the compact (IMLC). Does that work?

Yes. Pro knows whether each license renews directly through its state board or centrally through the IMLC portal, and gives you the right link, fees, and steps for each — while tracking every state's CME the same way, because each state's requirements still apply.

What happens to my data if I stop paying?

Your account goes read-only — your full history and every certificate stay viewable, but adding and exporting pause until you renew. You can always download a complete copy of your data or delete your account, even while lapsed.

Can my office manager or agency help manage this?

Yes. On an individual account you can invite up to three helpers to assist with uploads and filing — free. Agencies and groups managing multiple clinicians use the group admin portal, with roles, teams, and per-provider billing.

Stop guessing whether you're covered.

Set up your licenses in a few minutes and see, in one place, exactly where you stand in every state.
